When we get the requirements on gravel crushing plant,we design the crushing plant with two crushing stages of primary jaw crusher and secondary cone crusher. Impact crusher and roll crusher are not so durable service life as cone crusher in  gravel crushing plant.The proposed CZS36B cone crusher is updated on spring cone crusher. The whole gravel crushing plant is consisted of 2 sets PE 500 x 750 jaw crusher,2 sets CZS36B cone crusher,2 sets GZD850 x 3000 vibrating feeder and 2 sets 3YZS1548 vibrating screen. What are crushing process of cone crusher in gravel crushing plant? 

 

Firstly,GZD 850 x 3000 Vibrating feeder transfers the river stone from hopper to primary PE 500 x 750 jaw crusher. Large rocks are crushed below 100 mm and then the crushed material will be transferred to cone crusher for secondary crushing process, The processed aggregate is screened by vibrating screens 3YZS1548 in crushing plant.
